Reading the Catcher in the Rye. Far more fun than I thought it would be

Paulo Coelho - The Alchemist - can't believe I've never read this before. Brilliant book.

Last book was Crime and Punishment by Dostoevsky. Again, an amazing book.

Re: Which book do you currently read?

Everytime I hear someone saying that Paulo Coelho is great, I can only think he has the best translators ever. His prose is really laughable in Portuguese.

In other news, I'm reading "Surely You're Joking, Mr. Feynman!", a kind of autobiography/memoir from the great Richard Feynman.

HAHAHAHA OMG that's unreal, I read all those for a class too, maybe we were in the same class lol...

I'm reading, what am I reading, I'm not reading anything. Oh, I'm reading San Ti (not as in Santiago, unfortunately), which is a Chinese science fiction novel, written by the only world-class SF writer the country hass, with no translation yet, though I'm working on one.

I'm also trying to finish Narrative of John Smith, which is Sir Arthur Conan Doyle's very youthful work. Stream-of-consciousness and everything. Good read for a Sherlock Holmes fan.

Players I support for non-tennis reasons: Murray/Ferrer/Monaco/Nadal/Isner/Li

del Potro/Nalbandian/Safin
Tsonga/Gulbis/Monfils/Dolgopolov/Verdasco
Davydenko/Kyrgios/Cilic/Muguruza
