Re: A thread for the lovely and amazing Mandoura.

Well, here I am.

I want to thank everyone who took the time and passed by to leave a comment. I am really touched everyone. You're great.

My gratitude to Brian is eternal.

As I said, this will be my little heaven. We have a saying here: An empty heaven is actually hell. So please come by as often as you like and crowd it.

You will need a pass though. Only positive vibes are allowed in here. We can discuss anything but let's do it with a loving spirit. Love and laughter are the best remedies for anything. Deal?

I was also thinking, since Sue has her thread and so does Marlo, I would like to share this thread with Lee and Eva , the remaining members of the Golden Ladies.

Re: A thread for the lovely and amazing Mandoura.

One more thing guys. I've been crying (positive tears) ever since Brian put up this thread for me. I finished all the kleenex around, even the lovely french box Choup was nice enough to throw me. With every new touching post, I start crying again. My tear supply is used up.

So, what do you think about starting the real work and taking this thread to chat?

By the way, Mando, would you like to pick your own thread title? Or anyone else have a suggestion or two?

How about "Mandoura!" She deserves an exclamation point.

Re: A thread for the lovely and amazing Mandoura.

Guys, has anyone ever played "Ouija" ? And what do you think of it?

The title is your domain Brian . You do what you want. Surprise me whenever and as often as you wish.

The weather here is going crazy. Last saturday we had a red sand storm, common this time of the year. Usually, however, it means summer (or hot weather) has officially started. So, I tidied the closets, put away winter clothes and put in summer clothes (one of the things I've been busy with and I kind of don't mind it) . Ever since, it's been terribly hot in the morning until sunset and freezing by night.

Ouija boards are odd...my cousin and I played with one once and were told we were the chosen ones. Okay...

Re: A thread for the lovely and amazing Mandoura.

They still have those? They used to say if you ever played the ouija that you'd be cursed for life. Weird things started to happen after my cousins played with the ouija like 15 year's ago. Supposedly you're to rid your self of it by throwing it away or burning it. I have no clue why is this, but superstitions aren't uncommon among latin-americans.

^^^ And ...

Edit: Oops. Outposted by Luis .

BTW Luis, the last I know about Sol, she sent me a xmas card and I replied with one but she had not picked it as of date. Esther was on MSN last week or so. Sue catched her and chatted with her briefly. I sent her an e-mail but she did not reply yet.

I really miss both of them, and Chris, Jasmin, lau, nermo, jackieglover, Jorge, Sugar_Kane & Doug, and a lot more posters who just disappeared.

I just don't think anything that is mass produced is capable of contacting the other side.
