Why are you living in London?

If you say cricket over here you're talking about a bug not a sport

I'm pretty sure the Scottish invented curling..I imagine some alcohol was involved

My Dad's job has moved around a lot We're in London at the moment but also lived in Japan, Hong Kong various other random places .
I'm going to uni next year though so can live back home in NZ again which will be really good as most of my family and friends are there.

South Islands really nice - I've never been Palmerston though is it nice up there?

Re: The New, Hopefully Non-Slow Thread!

Palmerston North's okay, the weather's pretty good, but not as hot as Melbourne.
My dad's job is meant to move around, he gets at least 2 or 3 job offers a year but so far we've only moved once.

Yeah the weather's not great in Dunedin - nearly as bad as England... We used to move around nearly every year but that's stopped now thankfully.

The anesthesia is no problem for me. It's the pain killers that make me sick.

Poor you! I'm really scared that we'll have to leave once my older sister finishes school (end of this year) and i really don't want to, but that's all my parents talk about We've been in here for nearly 15 years but in my dad's field of work your not really meant to stay for more than 12.

It's quite scary when you think about it but once you actually move you get used to it. Do you know where you'd have to go to?
