I have always wondered what is your name and how you'd look - as you are one of the brilliant posters in this forum.
I am quite relaxed myself. Too much so, perhaps.

Name is Markus, nice to meet you properly, Clif

I look something like this:

The guy at the chessboard. Haven't played in a few years, so I'm a bit older now.

And thanks for the flattering description

Nice to meet you too, Markus! Wonderful name.

The closest thing I have ever done with chess is admiring the beauty of Death "playing" with the knight in "Det sjunde inseglet" by Bergman (my GOAT director.)

We contrast nicely if you are a deliberage exaggerator, as my user name is another word for an understatement And I am both familiar with and fond of ABBA

I'll at least get to watch an episode of a favourite TV show you won't have heard of (a Swedish/Danish coproduction) so I'm hoping to round my evening off nicely.

Thanks I've had glasses since I was 13. I tried contact lenses too, after a couple of years with glasses, but very fortunately I stayed with glasses instead. That saved at least my eyesight on one eye, possibly more. I was bicycling down a bridge, on a small pedestrian lane next to cars driving up and down, when I got hit straight in the eye by an almost invisible but quite solid branch of a bush - pointing straight at me. It was a bit late, almost impossible to see it. It had no reason being there. Would have taken my eye for sure and sent me falling off my bike into the traffic lane if I'd have had contact lenses. However, my thick glasses absorbed the impact and I managed to stop my bike in orderly fashion, so I could go back and break it off, lest anyone else should experience the same thing.

I bet you'ld like to keep it exactly as it is. You could open it very carefully and break a piece of the top and then wrap it back up.

How cool do you look Markus? You seem to have been blessed with the kind of features which make you seem ageless.

One of my older brothers taught me to play years ago but I'd have to be babysat through a game nowadays.

We fully agree. Glasses are better than lenses. My mother and sister used lenses, though, that's partly why I tried them too. But I couldn't get comfortable touching my own eye taking them on and off.
