The truth is that every day is different. On better days we are able to do a lot of work and we aren't tired, on another day we are deadly tired after the half of work.. Sleeping is underrated anyway. If we aren't exhausted, we sleep well (not only the amount of sleep, the quality of sleep too) and if we can sleep well, we stand more. On the last 18 months I experienced that if I have few rest days, I always sleep better when I'm back and when I'm very tired, I can't sleep that well.
