Re: Ye Olde Castle Volume 65 – Take a break from life’s hassle and pop into the Castl

I will eat tomorrow normally, and today nothing at all. Tomorrow I will eat a lot anyway as I start night shift tomorrow. First day is always very long as I never sleep on afternoon. Once I wake up on forenoon (at most noon) then I sleep when I get home on morning.

Never ever give up

That's probably the best bet Diana. As your stomach will have had a day to settle down and then you can get back into your normal routine before night shifts.

I'm no specialist on techno myself, although I do remember Hithouse and "Jack to the Sound of the Underground".

It's not often you have any use for nothing but a string of capital letters, but it's good to know how to handle them if they do occur

I think I can very safely say that you're way ahead of me in the technical department Markus.

Very true. So at least I'll know what to do should the same situation present itself again.

But I'm that hungry, I feel so weak. Maybe I will try a little otherwise I die. I try to eat something which isn't hard for my stomach.

How are you feeling now, Di? No food today? I hope you're well

That's a good idea, I think, to eat something. A banana could be a good idea. Or some yoghurt, perhaps.

As Markus says. Maybe try a banana or some other fruit you like as I don't think that would do your stomach too much harm. You can't do that. You've just been promoted.

Thanks, I'm well My stomach is still weird but I didn't have more problems with it. Few hours later I kept busy on my mind as well, I ordered few things on my room. Sadly, the talk last night wasn't really what I hoped so my stomach wasn't my only problem today. But everything will be okay.

Honestly, I would prefer Nutella but no, better if I don't. Or there is chicken, that's very cool as well.

Do you think the potato paste is hard? To be honest for me a banana or yoghurt is almost like I don't eat at all.

I'll have to take your word for it, as I bow to your superior knowledge in recognizing expertise

I'm sorry the talk wasn't what you hoped I hoped it would be. You have my sympathies

Potato paste might work, though I have to warn you I'm no nutritional or gastrointestinal expert. But I trust in one's own ability to know a bit of what one needs, so if you feel it would be a good idea, I'd recommend trying.
