I just can't stand Barcelona. And matches like this only make it worse.

Valdes injured for the rest of the season. Meanwhile, Real loses to Sevilla while Atletico and Barca win their games.

Re: Football zone vol 6

That's right Ancelotti, time to peak is in January not now.
I don't think Atletico will hold up till the end but Barcelona has the easiest schedule of all 3 and if it comes down to the last game they will probably win it, RM needs to win it all from this point. But what a way to blow 6 points

Inb4 "underspin" comes in here to spin Real's horrondeous defense on the emotional toll of the clasico

I still think they a year away from having the type of "treble season" Bayern or Barca had-- they are not those juggernaut as of yet with Ancellotti..Now they have a momentous fight for La Liga alone-- that if we assume they are not going to unravel down the stretch like last year..

Great to see Atletico all alone atop the table.

great, one title lost. we need casillas back on goal, pepe should be fired and we need striker who doesn't need five chances to score

Valdes' Barcelona career is over and he is out of World Cup with torn ACL.

I wouldn't presume to judge a game I didn't watch, I care very little for Real's actual results though I am an interested observer of some of their games

I still find it strange that you think a typical Real Madrid defensive performance was exhibited in their game against Barcelona; or am I to assume that given you didn't have any intelligent response to my more recent post on that subject that you lack a convincing counter-argument

I guess that 8 game run of clean sheets at the turn of the year must be a figment of my imagination. Strange goings on

I agree with acacacacademy.

Re: Football zone vol 6

Poor Valdes, really feel for the guy.

Atlético has as golden chance to take this, I hope they can reach the last match needing not more than a draw. Barcelona would have to take the initiative and they would leave spaces in the back and Costa would have a party against that defense.
