Also, I'm kinda late to the party, but truly embarrassing the way Deathless Mortal was robbed. Luckily he took it like a man, but shit Groove, that one was bad.

I think every poster I've played in this competition has been female… until now. Obviously I'll lose this one, because I'm facing a bloke.

I saw the vulture culture being used to describe Rui Machado late last year, when I joined. The only places I posted in were the challengers threads, and a few users were using the word to identify him.

Re: 2012 MTF Popularity Contest News Thread

The thing is vulture used to be a word used loosely and without a very defined meaning. It has now become an elaborate theory and one of the most used terms in MTF, it has entered MTF lingo without a shadow of a doubt and it's only growing even more.

Blackbriar used to use the term vulture quite a lot
I actually think one of these abusers of the word might be his double account

doesnt this Ben guy have Blackbriar's av and hates black French players?

speaking of racism, have you guys noticed there's only one non-white person in the SF? trip is also the first coloured person from non-Anglosaxon world to go this far in the popcon.

(The previous non-white semifinalists, Dini was UK citizen and Bad Gambler was Australia citizen of Lebanese and Indian roots accordingly)

Dee was the first black person in the QF of the popcon.

Hewitt=Legend is the 3rd Australian in the popcon semifinal (after Bad Gambler and Peta Pan), Viruzzz is the second Argentinian (after ExcaliburII) and Bulldog is not the first Brit, but the first Englishman to achieve it.

Poland is so far the only country with 2 different representants in the final

Trip is pretty much English these days. Give her a couple more weeks and she'll have a cockney accent...
