I used to have a nice six-pack in the past and I didn't even have to work out too hard for it. A bunch of sit-ups every night and it looked perfectly toned. Now I simply can't seem to get it back.
Nowadays you really have to be creative, and try to find exercises that works only for your core and abs. That what i try to do because, if you find an exercise other than situps that you can do to target your abs, it will be great. I found some ab workouts and some pictures on how to do these exercises. I was like wow these are some very unique exercises. But in 10-20 mins you need to really really push yourself to the limit. I had to today in this workout, it took me almost 14 mins to complete because i had to push myself very very hard. Imma do another 10-20 min workout before dinner and then finish the night off with a quick yoga practice.
Drink water with every meal you have including snack, but drink water with a lemon wedge in it, it really helps you drink even more water, i usually hate to drink water. But now, i love it because i have a lemon wedge in it which gives it a nice flavor.
Imma start drink chai tea, green tea and hot chocolate more. Its better for me.
