Hey George! Ya, I'm about to make a new recipe for dinner. I've been seeing all these chefs on TV adding the contents of sausages to ground meat, so thought I would try that with some hot italian sausages in some ground chicken to see how that would work out. I thought adding some chopped green onions and frozen spring peas might be good, I don't know. It's an experiment.
