I've no idea whatsoever how anybody copes with those types of temperatures. But I'm glad to see that things are getting more or less back to normal for you.

Righto folks. I'm away with the sandman as I was up at 6am today and am knackered. Goodnight and sleep well everyone. And enjoy the rest of your evening if it's still daytime for you.

Shammy ..Well, I've discovered I have two spectacular vintage bikes, for one thing. One of them was given away by someone, and it turns out to be a real gem. A Raleigh Sprite, circa 1976, born in the original Raleigh factory in Nottingham. Not especially valuable, but being ruby red from the front fender to the back (the manufacturer calls it Carmine Red, and the Americans would call it Candy Apply Red, but it's all rubies in my eyes), it's fun to parade on it on Sundays.

Reminds me of something I long forgot to finish doing from my Bible sized to-do list. Learn to ride a bike.

A 1976 bike could be an ebay gem someday.. Great to see you back, missus.
