I don't think this week is necessarily representative J. I doubt Seppi would have pulled out if it hadn't been for DC on the weekend.
not just tis week, the practice week was weird too with all the top seeds not winning.
If lots of top seeds are losing, to me it would seem better to go with quantity instead of quality. Take a punt on 15 or low/non seeds, chances are 2 or 3 of them will go far, and then rest will earn 20-45 points which 10 of those or so will also add up quickly.
Just to me with 3 tournaments even if there aren't a lot of upsets chances are there will be 1 suprise finalist, with lots of lower picks you've got good odds to get him. I don't trust placing so much of my budget on a streaky 2 or 3 seed who is ranked around 40 in the world when I could get 2 or 3 streaky non seeds for the same price.
