that was my spare basket (I always cook enough for an army, hahahh) ..I kinda wondered where it went, thought maybe I had accidentally left it at home, but this works out much better

actually feeling very optimistic about DC ..I'll only get nervous when we're two rubbers behind, which I hope doesn't happen

I've had back pain twice in my life too. Once it was from an exercise routine that apparently a lot of women especially got the same back spasms from (though I didn't know that at the time). The other was about two years ago, and I have absolutely no idea what I did then.

Are you taking anything for it. Here we have something called Robaxacet (or something like that). Plus there are these pads you can buy to stick onto your back that are supposed to relieve muscle spasms. I didn't try any of those myself, just waited it out, but it was very difficult.

Oh, I didn't know that Dunny. Have you been following tennis a long time? I only started at Wimbledon 2010. We had the winter Olympics here that year. Then there was the World Cup (though I don't really follow soccer). And, though I had watched some tennis matches before, I totally became fascinated at Wimbly that year.

also ya, in those exciting matches, to watch two people fight like that, with so much hope invested in their every movement is really stirring ..I really like it too

I don't like taking medicines either, and likewise don't often get sick or injured, but I have started taking some vitamins recently ..that seems to be working well

and ya, sorry I forgot, but it was your team against Spain

Do you cook Clashy? ..food, I mean ..I know you cook on stage

I have a new favourite TV chef, Robert Mooking. He's a Canadian, but I didn't know that when I first caught his show. Great recipes, and such a smooth on-air personality too.
