Peter Luccin wasn't it during Celtic's UEFA Cup final run in 2003. I think he had a trial with Celtic a couple of years ago but they decided against taking him on.

Depor and Celta glad they're back too bad it was Sporting & Racing that went down.

On Nadal bumping him on the changeover, Rosol said: "It's ok, he wanted to take my concentration; I knew he would try something".

Wilander on Dimitrov - "He has mind set on imitating Federer and yes it looks good. But he has no idea what to do on the court".

Yeah, guy confirmed it on Twitter:

https://twitter.com/hazardeden10/sta...94788620017664

Zaragoza should have gone down but with Agapito in charge...

From the 3 teams that went down, I'd kept Villarreal in Primera.

Roger “The Magician of Precision” Federer
Del Potro, Ferrer, Haas, Zeballos

Deportivo and Celta, names of days gone by when La Liga was more competitive at the top.

Good decision by Hazard. He'll be a more important player for Chelsea than the other two.

Re: Football Zone (Eden Hazard to Stoke City)

Anyone know what's the deal now in spain with Villareal relegating. Because isn't there a Villareal B in the segunda devision? And those teams aren't allowed to promote because of the obvious match fixing issue, but what's the situation now? Are they dropped down to the third division or can they stay in?

Hazard is not striker, Hulk would be a good replacement for Drogba though....

A team and its lower associated teams cannot be in the same division, so Villarreal B will be going to Segunda B while the Big Submarino is in Segunda A.

Same would happen for let's say Athletic, Bilbao Athletic and Basconia.

It is also bad for the team because it is better that your lower league teams play as high as they can go so the guys will be more experienced when they have to take the jump to the first team.

In Athletic's case it's different because the good guys in BA and Basconia usually go very young to the first team, see Muniain (at 16) or Aurtenetxe (at 17), Llorente went up at nearly 19, etc.
