but you called him an attention whore because he "suddenly" shows his potential also in big matches. Do you know the difference between being hyped and being an attention whore? You are hyped of others, but the attention whore wants herself that others tell her how great she is. If you don't argue he has great potential, you should be happy he finally starts to show it more consistently in the past few weeks rather than to bash him for doing it.
This is about undeserved hype, nothing more. The fact that this guy can produce a performance like this when all cameras are pointed towards him, but then suddenly turns crap in games against Sunderland and Newcastle (just random examples) does point to a player with low determination who can motivate himself in the spotlight, but fails off the spotlight. Those are the players that, in any sport, tend to get a lot of hype and get constantly overrated. Think Balotelli, who has been consistently shit for City but turned up for a few games at the EUROs. I simply don't like inconsistent players who can only turn it up with a fucking camera in their back and the fact that I was on Real's side tonight surely didn't help De Gea's case. But let's stop this, we just seem to differ in opinion.
Anyway, if United don't bottle it at the Trafford, Real are as good as out. They need an away goal so they won't be able to execute a lot of their beloved counter attack and when you let them have possession and clog up your own half, they've always been poor this season. I can see them losing 0-2 at United and Mourinho getting the deserved sack afterwards.
