It was on Fox Soccer Channel. ESPN showing Liverpool's game tomorrow.

Jose was getting all arrogant pre-match!

Serves him right.

Re: Football Zone

WBA great start to the year keeping it simple and taking their chances.

Wigan and Reading, very bizarre match with the right result in the end. Reading had a penalty disallowed which should have been given and Wigan had a brilliant goal disallowed for an offside which was level.

Funniest part was Jordi Gomez getting a hat trick since he gets booed from the home fans and he started poorly. They were giving it to him and even they were silenced.

Thank you Betis.

On Nadal bumping him on the changeover, Rosol said: "It's ok, he wanted to take my concentration; I knew he would try something".

Wilander on Dimitrov - "He has mind set on imitating Federer and yes it looks good. But he has no idea what to do on the court".

Re: Football Zone

Hilarious hearing Chelsea crowd erupt everytime Torres successfully completes a dribble.

Awful match though. Best part was when crowd was cheering for Di Matteo and they showed Abramovich.

Barca on fire againsta Levante in the second half, even Valdes is making great saves, saving a penalty and the rebound shot

Re: Football Zone

Really looking forward to Lazio-Udinese in the mid-week.

Easily my two favourite Italian teams, just I like Lazio a little more, so I hope they win, and frankly they need the points more in the race for the Champions League. Udinese won't finish in the Europa League places this season, yet they won't get relegated, so I think it's logical to want Lazio to win.

It is never logical to root against Udinese.

Re: Football Zone

True, but I know scarecrows doesn't Udinese and a few others. Then again I can never support Nazio.

West Ham fans showed their class with the "Viva Lazio" and the very original hissing chants against Spurs. Fine goal from Dafoe and always good when they lose.

City and Chelsea all that money between their squads and that was peasant football.

On Nadal bumping him on the changeover, Rosol said: "It's ok, he wanted to take my concentration; I knew he would try something".

I know it's a great club. Hell, my local team Watford is now part of the Pozzo's network, so I sort of feel part of it.

Lazio have always been my first footballing love in Italy, and I adore their current team. No massive stars in the squad, but some great players in there like Hernanes, Klose & Ledesma.

May the best team win?

Re: Football Zone

Ok, so Chelsea fans totally hate the other Rafa. Mancini gets another poor result, is his sacking closer now.

Southampton win to get out of the bottom 3 for now. Aston Villa manage a decent draw, but are still in the bottom 3, with their manager, according to the bookies, to not be in danger of being sacked, how can you be there and not be a sacking favorite I don't know.

Is Redknapp a good choice for new QPR manager?

Re: Football Zone

Inter lose again, this time at Parma. They have been awful in Serie A since beating thrashing Juve.
