Re: Football Zone

Dortmund were class. Great football, great fans, showing again why the Bundesliga is such an excellent league (the ticket prices are another key reason)

Mancini isn't up to it tactically in Europe. Always said it. Not won a 'big' CL game at either Inter or City. And beating an already qualified Bayern doesn't count.

Re: Football Zone

City penalty was utter bullshit. Handball was at point blank range, only way Subotic could avoid it was if he had the ability to detach his arm. Lunacy from the ref.

Still Lewandowski should've killed the game before then with his simple finish from a stunning Gundogan cross.

Dortmund were miles better today. If they can take City down at home they should still go through as long as they beat Ajax away.

Borussia Dortmund and Real Madrid will advance in the group of death. City will disapoint just like last year.

Fantastic goal from Pasquale to put Udinese 3-1 up at Anfield.

I'm no Fakervic fan but he needs to save tennis, sadly tree trunk legs will be fresh. Interesting he's never questioned....

Despite Ferguson's deficiencies (and he does have them) he still won big ears twice, albeit the second one he adopted some more continental tactics to shut out Barcelona in the semis.

He's won Serie A before. Winning leagues require a different skill set. It's much tougher in Europe and he can't get it done. Not won a big CL game.

Well he came to a Foreign Country and won its domestic League. The Man certainly has something about him. And i would say if he had conquered one Milestone then the chances to conquer another one certainly goes higher.

I definitely think he can win Champions League.

Re: Football Zone

Mancini is still a Champs League muppet, but Aguero scoring again as a super sub. They did it very easily.

On Nadal bumping him on the changeover, Rosol said: "It's ok, he wanted to take my concentration; I knew he would try something".

Wilander on Dimitrov - "He has mind set on imitating Federer and yes it looks good. But he has no idea what to do on the court".
