Re: Football Zone

One of my mates just texted me saying, "I didn't realise Ivan Ljubicic was playing for Liverpool these days. He got sent off for a bad tackle, which is odd as I always got the impression he was a nice guy."

Re: Football Zone

NID that Man Utd would get a penalty. I'm bored of it now.

Re: Football Zone

Not even close to a penalty, that was a rubbish call. Valencia stumbled over his own body.

On Nadal bumping him on the changeover, Rosol said: "It's ok, he wanted to take my concentration; I knew he would try something".

Wilander on Dimitrov - "He has mind set on imitating Federer and yes it looks good. But he has no idea what to do on the court".

It was Valencia, so of course there was no contact.

He's a diver, plain and simple.

Re: Football Zone

Yes, the ref can be blamed he wasn't in position to make a clear call.

Lots of good theatrics in this match.

On Nadal bumping him on the changeover, Rosol said: "It's ok, he wanted to take my concentration; I knew he would try something".

Wilander on Dimitrov - "He has mind set on imitating Federer and yes it looks good. But he has no idea what to do on the court".

That doesn't make the farce of a penalty decision any less worse, lol.

Re: Football Zone

Van Persie he was showing studs in that challenge, very lucky.

On Nadal bumping him on the changeover, Rosol said: "It's ok, he wanted to take my concentration; I knew he would try something".

Re: Football Zone

I wish King Kenny was still in charge of Liverpool. He'd have gone absolutely ballistic in the press room.

Disgusting refereeing. They say Serie A is corrupt.

Re: Football Zone

They only added on five minutes. Should have been at least seven.
