The BNP are not football related and neither is the black gang culture prominent in the poorer parts of London. These are key fabrics of society who have a voice and they use it to the detriment of this country's principles.

The BNP have 3 seats out of over 20,000 in local government. That's hardly a 'voice'. I will concede though that their influence is very much there, they're never far from the front pages. That said, racism in football is also well documented, as well as black gang crime, as you say.

Eliminating it is a complicated matter though, one that is too complicated for any authorities to devote serious funds to doing so.

It's not just about how many seats though, it's the media platforms they use. Cause we're so democratic we let Nick Griffin go on Question Time, and let right-wing rodents like the EDL march through random towns spreading their prejudices.

Exactly, agree with you there.

Hopefully there will be as few cases as possible in the future, but I fear it won't be the same.

Nick Griffin's appearance on QT was hardly a democratic exhibition. Every time he spoke he was drowned out by the left-wing audience and other panelists.

People only like freedom of speech if everyone supports their own views.

Re: Football Zone

PSG keeps surprising with their signings, with 12 million euro they've beaten Juve's offer for young talent Marco Verratti, 19 year old from Serie B champions Pescara! A very promising talent and apparently, like he said, 'the offer was too good, couldn't say no'.

Really? I thought him going to Juve was a done deal.

I thought so too, would've been a great addition IMO! Shined in Serie B and was a key player for Pescara, already has quite some experience in the first team with only 19 y.o. He wanted to come but said PSG's economical effort and offer was too good, I'm sure Ancelotti played a part in it though. Hoping he finds his place over there now.

PSG are now 5 stars with 85 80 83 on their stats on FIFA and that's before a Kaka arrival!

Re: Football Zone

Zlatan to PSG looks like Ancelotti only wants Italians or Italy-based players.

On Nadal bumping him on the changeover, Rosol said: "It's ok, he wanted to take my concentration; I knew he would try something".

Wilander on Dimitrov - "He has mind set on imitating Federer and yes it looks good. But he has no idea what to do on the court".

Re: Football Zone

Pastore, Lugano, Nene, Sissoko, Motta, Ibrahimovic, Maxwell, Silva etc. a lot of interesting names on this team.

Is this a fierce response for falling short of the ligue 1 title this year? lol looks like they're preparing for revenge by attempting to dominate the ligue with mass talent.

Re: Football Zone

Obviously Ancelotti and Leonardo will pick up players based on Italy as they have worked there mostly.
