Eddy Wally

He's actually known abroad? Damn.
Do you know that he has two different sort of rates when he performs?
He charges more money if it's for a show where they will mock him (throw tomatoes). He asks in advance if it's a serious show or a tomato throwing sort of show. The guy looks like an idiot but he's not (not totally anyway)

One of the best memories I have of the Tour de France is seeing my grandmother go totally and absolutely bonkers each time a Dutch cyclist used to win. Joop Zoetemelk = public enemy n°1 ("wieltjeszuiger")
No idea why she hated Dutchies so much. She used to make me swear to never enter a Dutch owned store which was kind of difficult to do since my mother used to prefer going to those stores to buy my clothes.

On Nadal bumping him on the changeover, Rosol said: "It's ok, he wanted to take my concentration; I knew he would try something".

Wilander on Dimitrov - "He has mind set on imitating Federer and yes it looks good. But he has no idea what to do on the court".

^ I hate to agree with GWH but he's right.

Although Jean-Marie Pfaff is stiff competition for Eddy Wally.

I don't know Pfaff and I wasn't even born when Eddy was riding So for my generation Dewulf must be the hero

Too bad Martine can't join the discussion, I hope her surgery was okay.

Jean-Marie Pfaff, Belgium's best ever goalkeeper. The guy with the German last name, but his German was meant to be hilarious.

On Nadal bumping him on the changeover, Rosol said: "It's ok, he wanted to take my concentration; I knew he would try something".

Wilander on Dimitrov - "He has mind set on imitating Federer and yes it looks good. But he has no idea what to do on the court".

My Dutch friend actually has the similar feelings towards the Germans and when they appear at the hotel he works, he speaks Dutch to them.

Thanks.

My generation memory starts with Wilmots . Wasn't Kim Clijsters' dad also a football player? He is a coach now.

Wilmots, Willy das Kampfschwein!
Is he into politics now?

And yes, Kim's dad played for Belgium national team.

Yes, what a disgrace, but that's him though.

On Nadal bumping him on the changeover, Rosol said: "It's ok, he wanted to take my concentration; I knew he would try something".

I started watching football when Franky Vercauteren (great lefty, fantastic hook), Gerets (the lion of flanders), Pfaff, etc. were active.

Pfaff was indeed a brilliant goalkeeper. Kim Clijster's dad is Lei Clijsters and yes, he was a football player and not a bad one either. (ps. Kim's mother is pregnant, btw. Kim's kid is going to say aunt or uncle to somebody who's his/her junior)

Wilmots tried politics but I don't think that he's having a lot of success. I didn't follow his results

leng jai Posts out his arse. He is just good at getting on people's nerves. Is completely clueless whether it's about tennis or real life discussions. His life is so sad that he has to go on the web to spread the sadness If I ever met this guy in real life the only thing he would get from me is me blowing my nose on his shirt because that's the only thing he deserves. Vintage loser!

harsh But you know you are not like that and as much as he says he hates people from this thread, the reasoning of vote was the highest calibre attention craving

Oh wow, thanks for the news Castafiore.

Hmm, sad about Wilmots really. Although I have no idea about his political views or anything. He was a great footballer.
