What do you expect, they aren't going to cover guys like Ferrer. I mean I know where to go and I go to tournaments as much as possible, well not as much as previously, due to circumstances. This is clear to me as I know these TV people cater to the big names and I am not going to get much out of it.

It's like that for RG, have to sit through womens matches and I know the coverage will be the crap, just have to find a way around these situations.

On Nadal bumping him on the changeover, Rosol said: "It's ok, he wanted to take my concentration; I knew he would try something".

Wilander on Dimitrov - "He has mind set on imitating Federer and yes it looks good. But he has no idea what to do on the court".

London will never be the same.

He's having a bad effect on me , I threw my racquet tons when I was playing on Tuesday and even bent it a bit.

I'm sure he only lost to Stan because I didn't make another batch of paella.

On Sunday I bought a bottle of Spanish wine but I won't open it until Spain beats Belarus.

Lets say a couple of my tennis friends, the ones with brains when it comes to tennis, were very happy with him during the AO. One, they noticed how much he has improved and two they made a bit of cash on him.

He can only do his best and as for being pissed off, luckily you didn't see the Santoro match. I saw that one and it was an interesting experience.

There were way too many WTA matches on ESPN2. I fell asleep during the women's final when JHH was talking to the trainer and doctor.

I just don't get how there was live coverage of Davydenko-Hrbaty but none of Ancic-Ferrer nor Santoro-Ferrer.

Don't even get me started about how there was no coverage of Gaudio-Ferrer last year from RG. That's why I'm going to Paris, so I can actually see a few of David's matches.

I'm sure he never stopped talking to his coach between every point. I heard he broke a racquet - was he fined?

I want Ferrer to play Kiefer. Now that would be entertaining.

There are always too many womens matches, maybe they should play them in the carpark, but it's all about the money and ratings, most hetero guys only look at the WTA for the bodies.

Well the PMK/Hrbaty was centre court and as for the Ancic match, one of my friends was there and gave me an excellent report about it, then again they probably didn't show Santoro/Gaudio. It's not like Hrbaty or the PMK are ones who get much TV time as it is.

Going to Valencia or a smaller event would be better to see David's matches in terms of practicality, but RG is a good event in the tennis sense.

On Nadal bumping him on the changeover, Rosol said: "It's ok, he wanted to take my concentration; I knew he would try something".

I would love to go to Valencia, I saw it on TV and instantly fell in love. RG is a lot cheaper than Wimbledon, and it's easy to travel between London and Paris. Plus the timing is great - the first Monday of the tournament is a national holiday over here, paid day off work. But if I don't get tickets in the ballot, Barcelona will be my back up as my boss is going to South Africa during the Valencia tournament. Though I am job hunting and maybe I will have a new position by then so Valencia could be put back on the table. *fingers crossed*

Barcelona. Barcelona, Barcelona, Barcelona.

That city is completely wonderful. I was there for like, two days and I immediately fell in love with it. You HAVE to go there.

Valencia is not that great. I was there for a week and we were like "Uhm... so this is it?" and it's not as pretty as they make it seem... I mean, sure as hell it's a great place to be and really nice, very Spanish you know, but I don't know, maybe I had higher expectations. I found (and still do) Alicante and Barcelona way more beautiful.
