I agree with you! However, many people that I talk to also agree that excesive phone use is really annoying and rude.

Having said that, I suppose I rather dislike the popular media tabloids that talk about celebrities of any kind, they are so empty, imho.

Have you ever had any dream that was of significance to you? If so, what do you think it meant?

Re: The Ask The Replier A Question Game #2

Many, and all the time. The one that I still remember to this day was one about two large black panthers reclining on a baobab tree in the savanna, with a chess board and characters and scenes from Alice in Wonderland overlayed to the scene.
I remember trying to analyze it for days, it was pages and pages, it all seemed so significant. And it was the first time I realized I dream in very vivid colors.

Same question.

Re: The Ask The Replier A Question Game #2

Yes, well I remember two I've had recently, one had to do with me storing loads and loads of pot in a hotel and not getting busted for it, I think this meant that I got away with a lot in college

The other one was that I was back in high school with a scoth in my hand, drunk as hell, everybody saw the glass and I felt embarresed. This one is harder, though I have drunk a lot before, I no longer do, I guess it has something to do with trying NOT to be ashamed of what you do or who you are.

What's the worst physical pain you've had?

Re: The Ask The Replier A Question Game #2

When I had steroid injections in my knee before doctors diagnosed the exact problem. The knee hurt like an SOB for about 3/4 days and I felt more pain in that period of time than the actual injury.

Spontaneous or deliberate?

Spontaneous as much as possible.

Husky, golden retriever, pit bull or? And why?

Not unless it's a more fitted style.

No. Everything must be taken into context.

Re: The Ask The Replier A Question Game #2

Under no circumstances.

I think actually it's a thing that stuck from my teens; Croatia in general has a very strong tradition of obsessing over politics/watching the news/reading the papers, everyone does it.
It was sort of a teenage act of rebellion on my part to not care about daily politics. Silly now that I think about it, but better than taking up drugs or dying my hair purple I suppose.

What are your opinions about Mumford and Sons?

That which makes me laugh.

What's your favorite quote?

Re: The Ask The Replier A Question Game #2

Ummm, that one is tough, I have many but this one ranks on the top:

"Power, unless justified, is inherently illegitimate. The burden of proof is on those in authority to demonstrate why their elevated position is justified. If this burden can't be met, the authority in question should be dismantled. Authority for its own sake is inherently unjustified." - Noam Chomsky

That's a good question so I'll ask the same.

Re: The Ask The Replier A Question Game #2

hmm, let's pick two diametrically opposite approaches to "poetry", the male-dominated and the female-dominated...

"Immortal mortals, mortal immortals, one living the others death and dying the others life."

Heraclitus

"Like the sweet apple that reddens at end of the bough. Far end of the bough. Left by the gatherer's swaying. Forgotten, so thou. Nay, not forgotten, ungotten, ungathered (till now)."

Sappho

why are we asking each other these questions?

Either we want some answers of our own, or we are just curious, at least me.

Why do you ask them?

Because I don't have a choice, or out of laziness.
