Re: •°o*Nothing is Enough for the Warrior to Whom Enough is too Little /the Castle vo

These 16 Police Comments were taken off actual police car videos around the country:
#16 “You know, stop lights don’t come any redder than the one you just went through.”

#15 “Relax, the handcuffs are tight because they’re new. They’ll stretch after you wear them a while.”

#14 “If you take your hands off the car, I’ll make your birth certificate a worthless document.”

#13 “If you run, you’ll only go to jail tired.”

#12 “Can you run faster than 1200 feet per second? Because that’s the speed of the bullet that’ll be chasing you.”

#11 “You don’t know how fast you were going? I guess that means I can write anything I want to on the ticket, huh?”

#10 “Yes sir, you can talk to the shift supervisor, but I don’t think it will help. Oh, did I mention that I’m the shift supervisor?”

#9 “Warning! You want a warning? O.K., I’m warning you not to do that again or I’ll give you another ticket.”

#8 “The answer to this last question will determine whether you are drunk or not. Was Mickey Mouse a cat or a dog?”

#7 “Fair? You want me to be fair? Listen, fair is a place where you go to ride on rides, eat cotton candy and corn dogs and step in monkey poop.”

#6 “Yeah, we have a quota. Two more tickets and my wife gets a toaster oven.”

#5 “In God we trust, all others we run through NCIC.”

#4 “How big were those ‘Just two beers’ you say you had?”

#3 “No sir, we don’t have quotas anymore. We used to, but now we’re allowed to write as many tickets as we can.”

#2 “I’m glad to hear that Chief (of Police) is a personal friend of yours. So you know someone who can post your bail.”

AND THE WINNER IS….

#1 “You didn’t think we give pretty women tickets? You’re right, we don’t. Sign here.”

One of the players is a 41-year-old coach who hasn't played an ATP match since 2001.

Tennis has no blood passport system, and does basically no out of competition testing.

The methods and drugs used by Armstrong in 1999 would work in tennis right now, with zero chance of being caught (not slightly surprising to anyone familiar with the topic, btw).

Haha, i guess Muzza is the 2nd worst doubles player in the top 10 then

Nadal is an awesome doubles player, no doubt about it, but i'm shocked as Nadal isn't "fit", and Roig is old player that hasn't played for 8 years ... While Nole is fine and Vemic is a great doubles player.

It's pathetic as Raf is supposed to have just come back from a major injury, so severe to even force him not to defend his Wimbledon Title, playing along with a 41-year old.

If this isn't a pathetic result from Djoko + Vemic, I'd really like to hear from you what you think IS.

True, I remember having had the same impression, even if it's a long lost memory from over 30 years ago.

Not to mention, Vemic is a doubles specialist. That's basically what he does for a living. To team with Djok, who does not have great volley's, but they are respectable and to lose to an old fart and a singles player is simply, well I'm struggling for words it's so bad.
I would like to have seen it to see exactly what the hell went on.

Like you said, Jase.

PATHETIC is the only appropriate word for this result.

Why would Nadal participate in a tournament if he is injured?

He isn't fit as well? Now that really makes my head scratch. He missed Wimbledon, the biggest of them all, due to injury, yet he's persisting on playing a lesser tournament than Wimbly through his injury?

Doesn't that make it worse for the long term? Excuse my ignorance but it seems stupid to me to play whilst you're injured.

Good heavens, so do I. This actually SCREAMS for a penalty for 'not giving one's best attempts'.

Same reason half the tour is playing nursing some injury or other, the longer they are off the more difficult it is to come back. He needs match practice if he is going to do well at USO to work himself back into it. Do you seriously think he thought when he entered the doubs at the last minute with his coach that he thought they had a serious chance of coming away with the doubs title this week?

mind you to be fair we didn't watch the match maybe Roig is a doubs god.

Haven't you read/watched all of his interviews as of late, Nadine? He constantly insisted being 'far from 100%', 'not having any chance at the USO', etc., etc.

Now either all of that was pure BUNK - which I rather not want to believe - or Djoko/Velic just pulled out a MAJOR TANK JOB.
I know which of both possibilities I'd rather like to believe in right now...

Re: •°o*Nothing is Enough for the Warrior to Whom Enough is too Little /the Castle vo

1. Fine: This is the word women use to end an argument when they are right and you need to shut up.

2. Five Minutes: If she is getting dressed, this means a half an hour. Five minutes is only five minutes if you have just been given five more minutes to watch the football before helping around the house.

3. Go Ahead: This is a dare, not permission. Don’t Do It!

4. A Loud Sigh: This is actually a word, but is a non-verbal statement often misunderstood by men. A loud sigh means she thinks you are an idiot and wonders why she is wasting her time standing here and arguing with you about nothing. (Refer quickly to No 9 for the meaning of nothing.)

5. That’s Okay: This is one of the most dangerous statements a women can make to a man. That’s okay means she wants to think long and hard before deciding how and when you will pay for your mistake.

6. Thanks: A woman is thanking you, do not question, or faint. Just say you’re welcome. (I want to add a clause here - This is true, unless she says ‘Thanks a lot’, which is PURE sarcasm and she is not thanking you at all. DO NOT say ‘you’re welcome’ - that will bring on No. 7).

7. Whatever: Is a woman’s way of saying, “F— YOU!”

8. Don’t worry about it, I got it: Another dangerous statement, meaning this is something that a woman has told a man to do several times, but is now doing it herself. This will later result in a man asking ‘What’s wrong?’ For the woman’s response refer to No. 4.

9. Nothing: This is the calm before the storm. This means something, and you should be on your toes. Arguments that begin with nothing usually end in “Fine”.

Martin, I think you have some of them right, but women are too complex, I doubt they understand themselves half the time.
