I hope everyone's doing well today.

A wonderful day for British tennis indeed. I don't know if anyone's following it(I am because I'm playing TT Wimbledon quallies), but all the British players today have been scheduled on Court 16, the last court. I've never been to Wimby myself, unfortunately , so maybe someone else knows, is being put on Court 16 a good or a bad thing?
Rosie, maybe you would know?

Also, I see there's talk of Javier Bardem here... (droooool )
One of the most amazing men I've ever seen, if I had to make one of those terrible, superficial Top 10 favourite famous men lists , he'd be on it, totally.
(uhm, Nadine-thread suggestion? )
Some of you might question my taste in men significantly... , but I thought he was just...wow...in Perdita Durango. Aztec bangs and all.

Nat - you're Basque?! I have no idea why, I just love Pais Vasco.
(and I agree with you 100% - Javier Bardem -good, Penelope Cruz-bad.)

Wine is HUGE in Spain, it's a part of our lives

there's white Txakoli, pink Txakoli and red Txakoli, depends on each type, you use a different brand of grape

the most common one is the white Txakoli and the grape variety is a white one called Ondarrabi Zuri

I'm driving my father to the airport tomorrow morning. He is going to be in Valladoid for a week. Maybe I'll ask him to bring back a bottle!

don't ask him for a WINE BOTTLE, there are like 15215315465415 different wine brands on Spain and the flavor depends on the region where it comes from

do some research and then choose the brand and the region you want it from

I would recommend White Txakolí, Sidra Asturiana or Rioja Wine, still you have to choose which one you want

Roger “The Magician of Precision” Federer
Del Potro, Ferrer, Haas, Zeballos

I would be surprised if you found it over there in the states. Maybe in a specialized liquor store or in the duty free shops at airports.
