Re: Australian tour

Kiefer is GORGEOUS! And no, I am not just discovering this now. I just never said it outloud. Just always in my thoughts... anyway... is he married? Whoever has him is so lucky

With each passing season, I discover new reason
SAMPRAS --> Rios --> KUERTEN --> Kafelnikov -->
Federer --> Hewitt --> RODDICK --> GONZALEZ -->
NALBANDIAN --> Benneteau --> Davydenko --> Mathieu -->
TURSUNOV --> Mantilla --> KIEFER --> NADAL -->
Karlovic --> Odesnik --> Stepanek --> Monfils -->
??

Re: Australian tour

He already had 2 easier quarterfinals before, but Grosjean is beatable! I don't think Chela played bad, but Kiwi is just better than Hewitt at the moment.

I have the impression that he can't really control that shot, maybe he shouldn't do that too often.

Grosjean will be very tough to beat, but we all should have faith in our Kiwi

Re: Australian tour

What a great result and saw the match. He behaved pretty well. A foot fault a on a second serve would get me riled up too.

Grosjean could be tough. Lots of balls to hit. He is or faster than Nicolas but Nicolas has a better serve. He needs to end the points early and serve and return well. Not to much to ask is it?

Re: Australian tour

I can´t believe it that I didn´t get to see the match ( stupid school ). Anyway, congratulations to Kiwi! It´s great to see him back in the quarterfinal of a Grand Slam after such a long time. His next opponent will be Grosjean and it will be a tough match. I hope that he makes it into the semis this time (and I´ll watch the match, even if Eurosport shows it at 2 o´clock in the morning ).

Re: Australian tour

Kiwi's ranking got a boost back into the top 20 (#18), winning his QF would mean he's almost top 10 again (estimation around #11 or #12).

Damn, it was really worth to fight through the injury, especially the first match was so difficult for him!

Best of luck to all Germans : Nicolas Kiefer | Rainer Schüttler | Lars | Florian | Tommy
