Monte-Carlo Masters

Aaah, it is fun to look ahead for the next tournament while he is still in another one! The draw is out, tough one once again! With first up, my personal least favourite match-up (especially if I don't get to see it).

A. Roddick - qualifier
G. Ivanisevic - qualifier
O. Rochus - M. Safin
M. Mirnyi - F. Gonzalez

S. Schalken - A. Calleri
N Escude - G. Carraz
G. Canas - A. Martin
A. Clement - S. Grosjean

G. Coria - qualifier
N. Kiefer - H. Arazi
R. Stepanek - A. Pavel
J. Bjorkman - M. Fish

J. Novak - T. Dent
qualifier - F. Santoro
A. Costa - F. Mantilla
D. Hrbaty - D. Nalbandian

Re: Monte-Carlo Masters

Little Olivier isn't exactly on a roll this year, hardly won a match . Of course, hard is difficult for him but in Davis Cup on clay he wasn't very impressive either against Wayne Black (lost). As long as Marat doesn't let him play with his head, no problem.

Re: Monte-Carlo Masters

the 1st round is not too bad, after all, marat is lucky compared with Rainer. rainer will play with guga in the 1st round! having a look at other players' draw, marat should not complain about anything……

Re: Monte-Carlo Masters

Yeah, there's always worse. There hardly ever is something as an "easy" draw in a Masters, now is there? Gonzalez (I'd be surprised if it is Max) is a tough cookie but if he makes that, a quallie or a guy not comfortable on clay. One match at a time though.

Re: Monte-Carlo Masters

This is truly the battle of the cuties! (nothing wrong with Robredo but he's too smooth, too ideal-son-in-law for me)

I know it's a tough draw for me, but I'm in the finals this week and feel very confident playing on clay. I'm sure luck will be on my side next week.

SINCE THERE'S NO TENNIS ACTION I WENT FOR TONGUE ACTION
