Re: Is it worth it to have a Madrid thread (embarrassed)?

In my current mood of euphoric optimism following the doubles win, I'm thinking that if only Marat could get past Karlovic, he'd face a Davydenko who has a painful wrist and who has already qualified for the Masters and who might just not have that motivation...you never know...just maybe, maybe, maybe...

beating Marat must be motivation enough for Kolya to play well

Yes, you are probably right. I have a feeling that Kolya has a seething resentment of Marat but still, I shall hang on to my optimism, more fool me. I at least hope that Marat gets out of bed the right side tomorrow morning and tries hard - he can't have had much rest between winning the doubles, getting on the plane to Madrid and getting used to the apparently high bouncing surface but...uh oh..I'm already making excuses...optimism is disappearing

The answer to the thread title is a definite...NO.

Djokovic fans have dirty minds...

kirkicica: Would someone click it please?
