Tommy Haas and Mario Ancic miss the tournament..It`s big chance that Andy Murray will also quit...
So Marat has a great chance to do well the next week...waiting for the draw...Do seeded players have a bye in the first round?

"And with a new coach I feel that I can bring something more to my game.I know I can improve and I will do my very best to be there again."

Yikes! He has to get past Chris Guccione first and THEN Santoro...two completely different players. Let's hope he's been working hard since Wimbledon on both his fitness and mental confidence - I guess Gumy must have been in Moscow for the past 2 weeks working with Marat, I hope so.

This Thread Doesn't Exist, It's All in Your Mind

Ok, so I know that we have a hard court season thread, but I'm kinda OCD and need to have a tournament thread for everything with like a proper post with all the info in it, so here it is. Plus, a single thread for so many tournaments will get a bit confusing and we won't be able to find anything in it by the time the USO comes around.

Re: Work will be hard on court, but a good "cheap" spaghetti and a big apple pay off!

Miriam There is a huge discussion about it at the news thread, but I'll give you the picture: Hernan Gummy is former coach of Cañas, then Guga, Coria and now Marat. He is a former Argentine player. It seems that for the moment will work with Marat for the hardcourt season.
I'm hoping for the best.
At Marat's official site there is a note saying everything about it!

Supporting FERNANDO VERDASCO, whatever it takes. Haters

MOYA!
Спасибо SAFIN!

GUGA, OBRIGADA!
