They were playing so well in the 2nd set and then gave the momentum back to the Russians in the 3rd. They were playing the better doubles while the Russians mostly won points from the back. I hate to say it but I think Amélie got tight.

Russia def France in Davis Cup and Fed Cup They should go to the psychologist with Paulo to treat their Russia-phobia.

Yeah. They should undergo a group therapy!

But this defeat will be more painful i think. On home soil when their team was stronger on paper, after an unexpected come back in the last single match, with the same scenario of their previous final defeat...

At least the guys loss was expected. Not with that scenario but expected none the less.

I'm not surprised of anything when it comes to Momo. Must be so frustrating to be her fan. I didn't support anybody in that final so... But i won't support the Russian team if Screamerhova is in it next year... Too bad because their other players are great...

I don't like any of the Russian players, to be honest, except maybe Marat ( ). A lot of them hit hard but play boring, high-percentage tennis (except Marat again and Hyperova).

Even if Hyperova plays next year, they face Belgium in the 1st round. As long as Justine and Kim promise to play for Belgium, Hyperova can't do much.
