Je dois expliquer le sens de ces expressions (mais je ne peux entendre rien):

Souls la main
Les coquettes banlieues proches
desservie
intra-muros
le budget transport

"avoir tout sous la main" (=to have everything to hand): cela veut dire avoir tout à disposition, avoir les choses sans avoir à te déplacer
"les coquettes banlieues proches" (=the charming close suburbs)
"desservie": en général c'est pour les transports, si une ville est bien desservie, c'est qu'il y a beaucoup de transports (train, bus...)
"intra-muros": Paris intra-muros, ça veut dire la ville de Paris même, sans la banlieue
le budget transport: c'est l'argent consacré aux transports

peut-être que les autres francophones pouront mieux t'aider, s'il y a des choses que tu ne comprends pas, n'hésite pas à demander
