The Roddick story is basically about the fact that he's a teenage pin-up boy. The author makes the point that 3 of Roddick's 5 titles have come on clay. Um, hello? He won US clay court tournaments. Nobody good plays there. That's not impressive.
There is also a lot of time devoted to the fact that he's got perfectly tousled hair.
