Congratulations, Gaston won 63 36 64. To the people who saw it: Was it a hard match and how did he play?

Well done, Gaston! He fought hard and won vs. his friend. Independiente won today!

Wish we could see his match tho...

I've only followed the match through the livescores. The funniest was that I had my tv on, with Nadal playing. And I could see that it was raining. At one point, on the livescore, you could see that all matches had stopped because of rain, but Gaston & Jose were still playing!!

Best of LUCK to ALL my Faves in 2015

Thanks for the updates Choupi and there has been very minimal info on this match.

Only positives are that Gaston won and his next match will be on a court where there is TV coverage.

On Nadal bumping him on the changeover, Rosol said: "It's ok, he wanted to take my concentration; I knew he would try something".

Wilander on Dimitrov - "He has mind set on imitating Federer and yes it looks good. But he has no idea what to do on the court".

Yes, the next match will be on a televised court. That's good. I'll just be at work at that time, in some very boring meetings..........Hope some of you can enjoy the match and share some comments.

Best of LUCK to ALL my Faves in 2015

Re: Royalty, Yuppies, Yachts, a bad Casino and no time for Jimmy's Bar Monte Carlo Thread

Hola

I just came back from Monaco, i saw Gaston everytime from sunday to yesterday But he was in a very bad mood, he asked to be escorted by 2 guards on monday, tuesday and wednesday and nobody could approach him :s Fortunately I could talk with him on sunday and I had my daily "hola" from him Franco was really lovely to me

I took lots of pics and even videos of the match and the training, i'll try to upload them before going to Barcelona (If you want to see them of course...?)

I met a lot of People from MTF: Betty, Enqvistfan, Sommarige (with Maria ) Bjorki and Olimpo I really had a good time in Monaco and i will come back next year for sure!

About Gaston's match, the one against Henman was brilliant! Yesterday's match was a bit more complicated but Gaston had a great reaction in the 3rd set. I mean he was screaming and praying god (and Franco ) but he stayed concentrated and did what he had to do to win. It was a very good match, very interesting
