Re: Servus, Vienna Calling Cheering Thread

Gaston and David playing doubles this should be interesting and I wonder how many matches that they will win, but just good to see him back on court.

On Nadal bumping him on the changeover, Rosol said: "It's ok, he wanted to take my concentration; I knew he would try something".

Wilander on Dimitrov - "He has mind set on imitating Federer and yes it looks good. But he has no idea what to do on the court".

Re: Servus, Vienna Calling Cheering Thread

Finally the Gaston will be on court today against Melzer, and hopefully he can put him out, there are enough Austrians in round 2 already.

On Nadal bumping him on the changeover, Rosol said: "It's ok, he wanted to take my concentration; I knew he would try something".

Wilander on Dimitrov - "He has mind set on imitating Federer and yes it looks good. But he has no idea what to do on the court".

Well Gaston has to do well in Madrid and Paris or better than he has previously, so he has a chance of going, even if it is as the alternate.

Nothing wrong with him at the moment, should be fresh and ready to go.

On Nadal bumping him on the changeover, Rosol said: "It's ok, he wanted to take my concentration; I knew he would try something".

Re: Servus, Vienna Calling Cheering Thread

We have to remember that Gaston can't use any points he gets in Vienna or Lyon, unless he wins, in which case he would have to resign 35 points of a previous win. So these tournaments are more like high level practice sessions... Even so, I hope he gets good results!
VAMOS GASTON!!!
