Formal tournament names and trophy names

Does anybody know formal names of tennis tournaments? The Canada Masters/Rogers Cup used to be Canadian Open and Rome Masters is formally the Italian Open. I'd need to know these official but non-sponsored names for Wikipedia.

E.g., is Queens Club tournaments winner's formal title still London Grass Court champion as the tournament originally used to be called London Grass Court Championships. And does anybody know names of tournament winners trophies?

I'm not asking tournaments previous names, they can be found quite easily. I'm just asking if a tournament has a formal name, e.g., if Canada Masters/Rogers Cup can still be said to be the Canadian Open. That's why I'm also interested in the trophies' names.
