The topic related to Youtube.com tennis highlights got me to do a search of one of the most talented, yet enigmatic players in tennis history: Henri Leconte. The man (there must be something about lefties) was a genius for the ages. When he was off, he couldn't defeat a local pro...but when he was on:eek::eek::eek: even Federer on his best day would have a difficult time defeating him.

Incredible shot maker off both wings. Beautiful and the net. Huge lefty serve.

Enjoy...the genius that is Henri:

but everyone knows federer on a good day means bagel
You're right...Henri COULD win a set from Roger 6-0 when playing at the level of "madness" only he was capable of...

But then...he would probably proceed to lose the next two sets to Roger, 1-6, 1-6.;)

I remember at our tennis club they showed us video clips of his volleys when we were doing volleys. According to our coach, he had the most beautiful and effective "stop volley" especially on the backhand wing he had ever seen.
