Rules about serving

Does anyboby know when the rules about serving were changed to allow both feet to be off the ground during the serve?

I know that the rules was changed to require at least one foot to be on the ground in about 1908 and that this was still the rule in 1956, but I don't know when after 1956 players were first allowed to have both feet off the ground at some point during the serve.

Many thanks if anyone know the answer!
