Roscoe Tanner worshipping

its a pity only few people know about this legend. this man not only had the best serve EVER, left handed with an extremely low ball toss that made it unpredictable, not only did he he win AO 1977 destroying Vilas 6-3 6-3 6-3, but was the only player Borg was scared of facing in Wimbledon. Their 1979 final is epic and way better than the overhyped Borg- McEnroe final.
Evryone should support the man after what they did to him when he retired. drugs, prison, nothing will ever delete his legacy!
i hope i am not only one worshipper here. shame on MTF is so

Re: Roscoe Tanner worshipping

Well I can't say I "worship" him or any player actually, I too am a fan and have enjoyed watching re-broadcasts of his matches this past year on the Tennis Channel. I recommend you get his book "Double Fault: My Rise And Fall, And My Road Back" released a few years ago.

Go Nole, Almagro, Rafa & Qureshi/Bopanna!
