These are the only entries so far, but along with these 4 there would have to be Koubek and Melzer as well.

Moya, Carlos ESP
Nalbandian, David ARG
Schüttler, Rainer GER
Srichaphan, Paradorn THA

Re: Entry List

Why the Koubek love, may I ask? I like the guy, but he is not one of the more conventional objects of desire?

I was hoping that Gaudio was going to be there. I know he likes Austria, but maybe he is not playing this week, but there will be some other good players there.

I am his fan since nearly eight years. He always has been my favourite player.

Conventional ... *hehe* I have a faible for the unconventional guys. That's it. I never like the things all the others like so it's the same here.

Re: Entry List

That's a good top 4 so far, but I imagine there will be some more names announced soon, and I hope for Zabaleta or Pavel to be there as well this year, too bad Rogi isn't defending this title.

Re: Entry List

No Rogi isn't playing there, as he really wants to win Basle and hasn't done that yet, plus after Vienna, there is TMS Madrid, and then Basle, which would leave him very tired mentally, so unfortunately he has to skip a tournament that he really likes.

Re: Entry List

Thanks a lot for the info!! *sigh* but still

But there are other good participants (still hope for Nenad Zimonjic to do a qualification there ...), at least all my favourite Austrians!

Re: Entry List

I checked the site and nothing more has been updated as of yet, but there should be a good field lined up and Nenad will be in the doubles.

Think he's playing with Julian again. And hopefully Koubek/Melzer again like last year ...

Good for you I'm thinking of a trip to Vienna this year too - depends on getting time off work though, as I'm going to TMS Madrid the following week.....but I'm working on the Boss
