Kalamazoo doesn't give ITF points, only USTA. Kzoo did in the past but it became a USTA tourny about a decade ago. And while I tend to agree with you on this there are closed events everywhere so it kind of balances out.

European Jr Championship is equivalent to the Pan-American Championship for the North & Central Americans.
