At the end of 2010? Or overall, regardless of year they achieved their best rank (e.g. Kahlke is unranked at the end of 2010 but achieved career high rank of 1415 which makes him 6th in his generation.

I guess you ment the latter so here it is:

1994:
#1102 Liam Broady
#1111 Thiago Moura Monteiro
#1191 Luke Saville
#1264 Bernardo Casares
#1283 David Perez Sanz

1995:
#1505 Noureldin Adam
#1508 Thai-Son Kwiatkowski
Igor Smilansky will be ranked on Monday for the first time.

1996:
#1516 Silas Araujo De Cerqueira

1997:
None. See Age eligibility here.

Milojevic hasn't played any pro tournament yet.

2011 ATP "Race" points - until Monday, February 14:
(players from generation 1993 and younger - the year of birth is written between blankets if it's not 1993):

1. Liam Broady GBR (1994) 11 points
2. Carlos Boluda-Purkiss ESP 7 points
3. Robert Rumler CZE, Taro Daniel JPN and Olivier Duberville FRA 3 points
6. Igor Smilansky ISR (1995) and Marcos Giraldi Requena ESP 2 points
8. 14 players with 1 point

Broady (#978) qualified and reached SF in 10K+ France F3 futures. He defeated eighth seed Rudy Coco (#420) and two wildcards: U16 European champion and reigning Copa Gerdau champion Mathias Bourgue and Jiri Skoloudik (#598) before losing to fourth seed Arnau Brugues-Davi (#346).

First ATP point for Albert Alcaraz Ivorra (1995). Wildcard Alcaraz defeated Marc Giner (#748) in first round. Wrong info on his ITF profile, he is righthanded.
