Monte Carlo 1st Round: T. Henman v J-C Ferrero (16)

This is quite an intriguing match up. Henman reached some good form in the Davis Cup last week, and Ferrero had an early exit in Valencia. They have met twice, each won one but crucially Ferrero won their only meeting on Clay at the French. Henman pushed him hard though!!! I think Ferrero will edge this in two tight sets. What do you think??

Sorry, but Juan Carlos, great player though he once was, isn't the same player any more.

Henman will beat him.

Yeah neither's Henman. Ferrero is by far the better player out of the two. Watch as I'm proven correct (hopefully )

Henman, I hope!
This is definitely the better surface for JCF, but, (call me unrealistic if you want) I feel that Henman has the tools to hurt him. Ferrero´s forehand is far from what it used to be, and if Henman can get his own forehand working, he can take a lot of points from JCF by coming to the net. The pressure will be on JCF a lot of the time, he will be forced to hit some decent passing shots. If he can´t do that, then Henman will be rushing to the net at every chance. Interesting matchup anyway, we´ll see how it goes!

Henman in 2, Ferrero can't hit a barn door if it was right infront of him nowadays.
