Wow, another bagel... the backery is working overtime in Miami!

Mathieu Montcourt and Paul-Henri Mathieu should've been the French Davis Cup team. The 2 in-form Frenchies

Thumbs up Re: Miami R2: Paul-Henri Mathieu def Jurgen Melzer 6-0 7-5

Well done,Paulo! Maybe he really wants to play DC,but I think he will receive another embarrassment if he is picked. He should only focus on ATP matches.

Stan The Paris Man

Cheer for: Wawrinka Murray Ljubicic Gonzalez Mahut Nishikori Soderling Tipsarevic Mathieu Monfils Muller Tsonga Berdych Acasuso O.Rochus Kiefer...

Soooo?
His psychologist would suggest him to face his fear anyway

no,Benneteau and Florent Serra should've been the french davis cup team as they have been the 2 only french players to have beaten top 10 players this year
Actually for a lot of reasons, i would seriously love to see Gasquet not being selected by Forget in this tie against Russia.
we know that Gasquet really loves to play Davis Cup so if Forget didn t select him,it would perhaps boost him even more to improve on his current results.

Impressive Mathieu ! And don't forget he's in Roger's half of the draw (but Roger has to make it past round 2 )

I gained major respect for Mathieu after that match against Nadal at roland garros, I hope he can do something big this year, maybe a good run here.
