Butorac/Murray d. Lopez/Nadal 76(6) 75

Another command performance from Stretch and the Bootie-Man to send Lopez and Nadal packing.

Good. Now Nadal can focus on his singles matches.

"What kind of shape am I in now? Well round is a shape." said Roddick with a laugh. "I had a very detailed retirement plan, and I feel like I've met every aspect of it: a lot of golf, a lot of carbs, a lot of fried food, and some booze, occasionally — I've been completely committed ... The results have shown."

They got their wildcard and now they've justified it - I'm really pleased for them.

Doubles are for losers like Federer

Focus on singles Rafa

That's a pretty damn good win...Nadal / Lopez are no scratch pairing

Seems I will have to warm to Jamie Murray's talent

Good job Muzza and partner

Rafa, if you insist on playing doubles can you please stop playing with Crap-Lo?

It's all part of a plan - he enters doubles to get extra time on the courts at the start of the tournament, but plays with Lopez to guarantee they get knocked out in the first round so he doesn't get too tired!

Seriously though, I agree. In his present form, Lopez isn't a great partner. Rafa would do much better with Verdasco.

Huge congratulations to Jamie and Eric - they have been playing so well and deserve all of these great results.

In my stupor, I read this thread to be something about Buttock and Nadal. And so opened it.

Crap-Lo... ...

Rafa should've asked Rogi again for this tournament!

Am I still here? As one, with The Fear?
Am I still alive? I'm still f*cking ... Here...!"
