Lord Carlos Moya def "Mr Humble" Almagro 7-6 (3) 6-3

Congrats Charly on defeating the younger Spaniard for the second time now and another semi final appearance at Acapulco and he would be favoured against Gaudio or Ferrero in the semis.

On Nadal bumping him on the changeover, Rosol said: "It's ok, he wanted to take my concentration; I knew he would try something".

Wilander on Dimitrov - "He has mind set on imitating Federer and yes it looks good. But he has no idea what to do on the court".

Very well played. Serve and forehand seem to be working again.

We're now guaranteed a RG champion in the final.

I hope Lord Carlos forgives me of little faith, I thought the humble one would go through I am glad I was wrong.

Mr. Humble?

Too bad Nico, I thought he would win this tournement as he hasnt played as good as I have thought during this early clay court season, but Charly shows how he loves to play at Acapulco with a great serving display over Almagro.

Me too. Congratulations, Lord Carlos! Rafa seems to have lent out his mojo to Carlos and Feli today. Generous boy.

Charly has won the title twice in Acapulco, he likes the beach, so no surprise he does well here.

On Nadal bumping him on the changeover, Rosol said: "It's ok, he wanted to take my concentration; I knew he would try something".

Wilander on Dimitrov - "He has mind set on imitating Federer and yes it looks good. But he has no idea what to do on the court".

Re: Lord Carlos Moya def "Mr Humble" Almagro 7-6 (3) 6-3

Almagro was injured at least at the end of the second set he couldnt serve at all, ive watched Moya play all this week and he has been lucky that his opponents either dont know how to play him or lose the game themselves, his backhand seems to be getting worse and he often gets caught badly footed hitting a forehand because he tries to run around his backhand so much and does not have the movement anymore. His games have actually been boring to watch...
