Is the death of tennis imminent?

Someone had to do it

Can Canas come back from his suspension and win a tourney over former RG champ and former HNIC Juan Carlos "confidence" Ferrero?

Can Karlovic ride his serve all the way to the title beating Andy "dental plan" Murray, and make the SJ tourney organizers kick themselves in the ass for speeding up the court?

O, Dubai, where art thou?

Re: Is the death of tennis imminent?

Plus Baggy lost, so yes, this week marks the end of tennis as we know it.

"What kind of shape am I in now? Well round is a shape." said Roddick with a laugh. "I had a very detailed retirement plan, and I feel like I've met every aspect of it: a lot of golf, a lot of carbs, a lot of fried food, and some booze, occasionally — I've been completely committed ... The results have shown."

"it's the end of the world as we know it, but I feel fine"

The great thing about democracy is that it gives every voter a chance to do something stupid.

Tennis will have a mini death when Federer's retires.

Re: Is the death of tennis imminent?

I agree just with the 2nd statement
I mean... If that happens, would be the end for tennis!

Tennis might vanish from the face of the earth overnight, but I have the feeling MTF would survive. Kind of like cockroaches after a nuclear holocaust.

Fan of: Federer Safin Haas Nadal Santoro Agassi Tursunov's blog

"I couldn't even tell you who the No. 1 ranked tennis player in the world is right now," Federer said. "It's probably me, still. It is, isn't it?" The Onion

Russophilic member of the MTF Perv Squad--objectifying Tarpischev, Kafelnikov, and Volkov like whoa.

Omen 1 - Baggy lost today

Omen 2 - Canas won today

If or when Omen 3 (Karlovic wins a title) strikes, we'll have to evacuate to our nuclear shelters.

Tennis will probably slowly die UNTIL he retires.

Does every comment you make have to be about Federer? You post way more about him than your faves...

Re: Is the death of tennis imminent?

Roddick made number 1 and tennis survived.

On Nadal bumping him on the changeover, Rosol said: "It's ok, he wanted to take my concentration; I knew he would try something".

Wilander on Dimitrov - "He has mind set on imitating Federer and yes it looks good. But he has no idea what to do on the court".
