Mosquito eats Potato Starch 5-7 6-2 6-2

A great reaction after dropping the first set.

Next is the man who beat him same time, same place last year.

Onwards and upwards.

In Chile we would say: "Mosquito picó en el potito"

Well done JCF, nice to see you in a semifinal again

A post that deserves to be on MTF Hall of Fame soon:

Great work demolishing Potito, the "potato man", JC!
Now you must crush Sarreta, the "magic clown".

Re: Mosquito eats Potato Starch 5-7 6-2 6-2

Oi Jimnik, I used the "Potato Starchy" gag for Starace long before anyone else did.

The Wit and Wisdom of the Tennis Journalist, Indian Wells 2004

ROGER FEDERER: Yeah, I remember this one time when I went on a vacation on the Maldives. That was in the year 2001, I think. I went to this spa. I went to walk around with my girlfriend. I walk in, and we want to book a spa. This guy goes, "AHH, I remember you. You beat Sampras. I saw you on TV." That was like, really, how can you remember me? This guy has probably never been off his island and still knows me. I was a little bit shocked. Then I went to play tennis with him because he was actually the tennis teacher. It was nice.

Q. Were you naked at the time in the spa?

ROGER FEDERER: No. It was at the front desk. I didn't walk in naked.

Good for you, JCF! Now win another one please and well you're at it, one more after that.

Vamos David and Juan Carlos

Don't be afraid that your life will end, be afraid it will never truely begin.

Even considering JCF recently, Starace would have been a bad loss so I am happy and not surprised he managed to win.

Surprised by Sarettas wins though, especially the one against Almagro

Don't be fooled by his ranking. He's turning into Brazil's version of Igor Kunitsyn.
