Re: Useless Tennis Trivia

Yes, Lurker right again it was the man himself Alberto Mancini and I remember both of those matches. Agassi had no clue, when that huge backhand up the line was coming.

On Nadal bumping him on the changeover, Rosol said: "It's ok, he wanted to take my concentration; I knew he would try something".

Wilander on Dimitrov - "He has mind set on imitating Federer and yes it looks good. But he has no idea what to do on the court".

Re: Useless Tennis Trivia

He had a short career but a good one.

I miss: Ivan Lendl, Korda, Novak, Bruguera, Rios, Kucera, Courier, Mantilla, Costa, Santoro and Ferreira.

Good luck to:

Gaudio, Murray, Florian Mayer, Chela, Nalbandian, Radek Stepanek, Volandri, Youzhny and Verdasco.

Injuries, and he loved the good life in a big way. He put on weight and that didn't help him with this knee problems.

Do you know the answers to the other questions?

On Nadal bumping him on the changeover, Rosol said: "It's ok, he wanted to take my concentration; I knew he would try something".

Wilander on Dimitrov - "He has mind set on imitating Federer and yes it looks good. But he has no idea what to do on the court".

Re: Useless Tennis Trivia

The unanswered questions are:
How many players in the Open era have won the same titles 5x in a row, and what was the title? There are more than the two mentioned.

Which player had the most comebacks from 2 sets to love down and the number?

On Nadal bumping him on the changeover, Rosol said: "It's ok, he wanted to take my concentration; I knew he would try something".

Wilander on Dimitrov - "He has mind set on imitating Federer and yes it looks good. But he has no idea what to do on the court".

I go there around once a month - it would be extremely funny if some people from there posted here. Some of the stuff posted about clay there would have GWH throwing up.

Do you know "Hops"? I know him in real life, a great guy.

You never know I might have to go there and check these "infidels" out, then again from what you say they seem to think clay is for pottery, like some people think grass is for cows, others think cement is for making those wonderful shoes that sink once they hit water.
