Re: Useless Tennis Trivia

Thanks Q that was the answer, yes Aaron Krickstein was the one.

Who was the only player to win the Junior Grand Slam and what year?

On Nadal bumping him on the changeover, Rosol said: "It's ok, he wanted to take my concentration; I knew he would try something".

Wilander on Dimitrov - "He has mind set on imitating Federer and yes it looks good. But he has no idea what to do on the court".

Re: Useless Tennis Trivia

Yes, they are all correct I must have been asleep when I created this question as it has least happened 5 times since 1970 and I will adjust the question again.

You have 4 so one more and you will be successful.

Yes, you have named the five Mister Q.

Are you going to answer the other unanswered question?

On Nadal bumping him on the changeover, Rosol said: "It's ok, he wanted to take my concentration; I knew he would try something".

Wilander on Dimitrov - "He has mind set on imitating Federer and yes it looks good. But he has no idea what to do on the court".

Yes, that's right Q I will have come up with some more.

On Nadal bumping him on the changeover, Rosol said: "It's ok, he wanted to take my concentration; I knew he would try something".

Wilander on Dimitrov - "He has mind set on imitating Federer and yes it looks good. But he has no idea what to do on the court".

Who was the lowest ranked player ever to win an ATP title, when and where?

On Nadal bumping him on the changeover, Rosol said: "It's ok, he wanted to take my concentration; I knew he would try something".

Wilander on Dimitrov - "He has mind set on imitating Federer and yes it looks good. But he has no idea what to do on the court".

Re: Useless Tennis Trivia

How many players in the Open era have won the same titles 5x in a row, and what was the title?

On Nadal bumping him on the changeover, Rosol said: "It's ok, he wanted to take my concentration; I knew he would try something".

Wilander on Dimitrov - "He has mind set on imitating Federer and yes it looks good. But he has no idea what to do on the court".

On Nadal bumping him on the changeover, Rosol said: "It's ok, he wanted to take my concentration; I knew he would try something".

Very good Lurker, there is another one.

Borg Wimbledon 76-80
Kafelnikov, Moscow 97-01

On Nadal bumping him on the changeover, Rosol said: "It's ok, he wanted to take my concentration; I knew he would try something".

Wilander on Dimitrov - "He has mind set on imitating Federer and yes it looks good. But he has no idea what to do on the court".

Re: Useless Tennis Trivia

Two more questions
1. Which players in the Open era have won a TMS title as their first title, and which title?
2. This one is a who am I question. I won 3 titles and 2 of them were TMS titles, I played in the era of 1988-94, retired with injury and later became a coach of one of the current top players on the tour.

2 is Mancini, he won Rome (defeated Agassi) and Montecarlo (defeated Becker I think) in 1989.
He also lost the final of the lipton once to chang I think.

He was coach of Coria.

I miss: Ivan Lendl, Korda, Novak, Bruguera, Rios, Kucera, Courier, Mantilla, Costa, Santoro and Ferreira.

Gaudio, Murray, Florian Mayer, Chela, Nalbandian, Radek Stepanek, Volandri, Youzhny and Verdasco.
