Re: The new record of Carlos Moya (irrelevant stats)

Interesting: 4 of these 10 matches Moya lost against two players: Grosejan and Ferrero. Carlos played three times tie-break in the deciding set against Grosjean: lost twice after holding match point and won after saving match point.
BTW: Moya saved 6 match points when he defeated Grosjean in Paris-Bercy 2002 (3-6 7-6 6-1). I can't be sure but I think this is another specific record - four matches between two players where loser had a match point...

Moya's Record 30:10
WTF? Unbeliveable stat!
I didnt know that before...he won a lot of third-set brakers, but never imagined that.
You would think somebody like Federer, Sampras,...to be the best.

Why would you think that? Federer hardly ever plays a 3rd set tiebreak so it would be hard for him to win a lot of them when he hardly plays them.

But I must say 16 straight wins in final set TB is pretty remarkable.

We should show this stat to the commentators when they start talking about what a lottery a 3rd set tiebreak is.
