Re: 2007 edition: MTF Bandwagon Player of the Month

Even though he lost in the finals of Sydney, it may be nice for an old veteran such as Moya to get the award. If - and this is a big if- he does beat Blake during their rematch in the first round of the Aussie Open (I hate that the two of them are playing sp early) and somehow goes to the second week- I think he could be a good candidate.

It's time to give props to the 30+ set.

I like a lot of players.

Murray entered the nominees list i guess.

Speaking of veterans, it's funny how people all of a sudden how Mike Russell has 2 threads on him on GM, when most people didn't give a crap about him before. It will be funny if he wins tonight, then the bandwagon levels for the day or 2 days will be funny.

I love Slams there are so many potential bandwagon candidates.

“ On Nadal bumping him on the changeover, Rosol said: "It's ok, he wanted to take my concentration; I knew he would try something".

Wilander on Dimitrov - "He has mind set on imitating Federer and yes it looks good. But he has no idea what to do on the court".

People were calling Tsonga their new favorite player midway through the first set yesterday.

Yeah, when Tsonga was serving for the second set 5-3 and Roddick wasn't looking very impressive I was thinking about how popular Tsonga would become if he beat Roddick!

Tsonga was everyone's favorite for about 30 minutes and now apparently he sucks.

Re: 2007 edition: MTF Bandwagon Player of the Month

I'd like to throw Novak Djokovic's hat in the ring for this month, because seriously. Wow.

If he actually does pull off the Federer upset, I think he would claim this no problem

Troicki - Djokovic - Del Potro - Kyrgios - Berankis
Cibulkova - Robson - Kirilenko - Azarenka
Retired but always loving Ferrero - Ancic - Kiefer

^^^ Anyone not called Nadal will get a supersized bandwagon if he beats Federer.

Beating Robredo can't be enough for a bandwagon

I think Djoko looks best so far, but he'll have to beat the mighty F. I still think he has a slightly bigger chance pulling that off than Murray against Nadal (if that happens).

I don't like hypocrites, but even worse are the ones who think it's OK to be an asshole as long as you are not hypocritical.
